Data Analyst
About the role
Collaboratively with the vendor(s) management staff to ensure exceptional service to our customers. Facilitate the day-to-day coordination of vendor(s) customer service and claims operations with Client operations. Acts as the liaison between Client and the vendor(s) to address operational issues. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and customer service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the resolution of escalated customer problems.
- Coordinate the delivery of training and education to vendor(s) staff to ensure adherence to Client business and compliance requirements.
- Requests and evaluates Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), works with vendor on required changes, communicates approval, and monitors open CAPs.
- Coordinates guidance, coaching, refresher training, and instructions to improve vendor(s) staff performance.
- Standardizes workflows and business processes to ensure compatibility between Client and vendor teams, increasing efficiencies.
- Prepares status reports to keep Client management team informed of daily operations, progress, and issues.
- Facilitates meetings/workgroups to drive issue resolution and process improvements.
- Monitors inventory levels and develops action plans to maintain acceptable levels.
- Assists in the timely resolution of system problems, creating and tracking P-Logs, and escalating when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or 4 additional years of equivalent and relevant work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in vendor management field or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of health care operations experience.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The position is remote and client office-based, requiring occasional travel to client locations.
