What You'll Be Doing

• New business development via client outreach
• Prospecting and researching market data and industry trends
• Attending networking and industry events
• Advising clients on real estate investment strategies
• Presenting marketing proposals and negotiating listings

• Coachable and driven
• Backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community involvement are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or a related field
• Real estate license in the state where you will work (not required to interview)

Pay

The anticipated annualized commission range for individuals in this role is: $0.00 to $250,000+. Actual earnings will depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly from this range.

Schedule

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential.
