Entry Level Collections Representative

About the role

Call center production environment using an auto‑dialer for outbound calls while also handling inbound calls. Focus on early‑stage collections (accounts 1‑30 days delinquent) with a goal of resolving accounts before they reach mid‑ or late‑stage collections, which would impact the member’s credit score. Expect a high call volume of 80‑120+ calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an auto‑dialer in a call center setting.
• Receive and manage inbound calls.
• Handle early‑stage collections (1‑30 days past due).
• Work to resolve accounts before they progress to mid‑ or late‑stage collections.
• Maintain a daily call volume of 80‑120+ calls.
