About the role
Berkshire Precision Tool, LLC, a leading supplier of American-made industrial cutting tools, is seeking an Entry Level CNC Machine Operator for its production facility in Pittsfield, MA. No prior CNC machining experience is required; training will be provided. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
Hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Maintain a clean work area
- Perform daily miscellaneous tasks related to material preparation
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer knowledge
- Detail‑oriented with a good work ethic
- Possess basic math skills
- Take pride in producing high‑quality American‑made products
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work in a team
