CNC Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to hit production specs every time
• Load raw materials and stay on top of machine performance throughout each run
• Make tooling changes and adjustments on the fly to keep quality and efficiency locked in
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers like second nature
• Troubleshoot issues fast and communicate with your team before small problems become big ones
• Keep up with routine preventative maintenance and basic machine upkeep
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and tour-ready — every single day

Requirements

• 1-2 years of CNC experience (starting at $22-$23/hr)
• 3+ years of CNC experience (preferred, up to $24-$26/hr)
• Strong mechanical aptitude — you diagnose first, guess later
• Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
• High attention to detail and a real commitment to quality work
• Solid basic math and measurement skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or CNC certification is a bonus
• Experience with precision measuring instruments is a big plus

Schedule

• 1st Shift | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• Overtime: Occasional, as needed based on customer demand

Pay

• Minimal Experience (1-2 years): $22-$23 per hour
• Experienced (Preferred, 3+ years): $24-$26 per hour
