About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with questions, service information, and account support
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
- Support scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination
- Help resolve basic client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality service
- Follow company customer service and communication standards
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
