About the Role
We built our Dothan-area regional program to provide new CDL-A drivers with a truck assigned from day one, freight that actually moves, and a clear training path.
Equipment
- 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner trucks
- Automatic transmission
- APU equipped
- Assigned solely to you, no slip seating
Freight
- No-touch dry van freight
- Roughly 70% drop and hook
- Lanes east of I-35
- 2,200 to 2,800 miles most weeks
- 12 days out, 2 days home
Pay
- Average $1,300 to $1,550 weekly
- Top performers clear $1,800+ weekly
- $300 paid orientation (hotel and transportation covered)
Training
- Paid mentor program (4 to 6 weeks)
- Guaranteed pay throughout training
- Full solo pay once training is complete

Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- 6 months recent OTR experience, or 120+ hours from an accredited CDL program
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
