Entry-Level Business Trial (Commercial Litigation) Associate (Fall 2027)
Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, an Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Business Trial (commercial litigation) Associate to join the Downtown Los Angeles office with the entry-level associate class in the Fall of 2027. Candidates should be current 3L law students graduating in the spring of 2027 with plans to take the July 2027 Bar exam.
About the role
We train our associates and help them grow as lawyers, offering early and frequent work directly with clients. The position is partnership-track and provides great growth opportunities within a collegial office environment. You will work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated, cutting-edge matters at a national level.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with team members
- Take ownership of projects on sophisticated commercial litigation matters
