Position Overview
We are hiring Entry-Level Canvassers / Appointment Setters to generate leads by connecting with homeowners in local neighborhoods. This is the first step into high-income roofing sales, where your primary responsibility is to:
- Start conversations
- Build trust
- Set qualified appointments
What You’ll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face
- Start conversations around roof condition, storm damage, and inspections
- Educate homeowners on the value of a free roof inspection
- Set appointments for experienced sales representatives
- Represent the company with professionalism and positive energy
- Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, appointments set)
- Work consistently to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets

Compensation & Earnings
