Position Overview

We are hiring Entry-Level Canvassers / Appointment Setters to generate leads by connecting with homeowners in local neighborhoods. This is the first step into high-income roofing sales, where your primary responsibility is to:

  • Start conversations
  • Build trust
  • Set qualified appointments

What You’ll Do

Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face
Start conversations around roof condition, storm damage, and inspections
Educate homeowners on the value of a free roof inspection
Set appointments for experienced sales representatives
Represent the company with professionalism and positive energy
Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, appointments set)
Work consistently to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets

Compensation & Earnings

  • Base + bonuses OR commission-based structure (depending on role setup)

  • Typical first-year earnings: $60,000 – $120,000+
  • Top performers exceed this with consistency and growth
