Entry-Level Appointment Setter — $25/hr and Uncapped Commission (No Experience Needed)

What You'll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on storm-damage leads to introduce QNTUM's roofing services.
• Have genuine conversations with homeowners and book free roof inspections for our inspection team.
• Network with property managers and past customers to generate referrals.
• Log your leads and appointments in our CRM (we'll train you on everything).
• Hit weekly appointment goals and stack commission and bonuses for every inspection you book.

What We Offer

• $25/hour base pay available for maintaining quotas
• Paid production pay plan, including $100 per pitched qualified appointment and $500 per close paid after install
• Uncapped commission on top, with realistic first-year total earnings of $75,000–$150,000+; top setters earn more

• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet in varying weather
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
