We create long-term solutions empowering results for BIPOC, low-income, historically disadvantaged and underserved communities. , The Niles Foundation is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to support the Halo Food Project, a community initiative focused on food access, outreach, and neighborhood engagement. Responsibilities Assist mobile market community members by phone, email, and in person Support event registrations and participant follow-up Answer questions regarding programs, services, and events Assist with volunteer communications and scheduling Support mobile market and community outreach activities Support mobile market inventory, deliveries and stocking Maintain organized records and participant information Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational abilities Comfortable working with diverse community members Basic computer and administrative skills Passion for community service preferred Schedule Part-Time (Negotiable)
