Entertainment Finance Associate
About the role
Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced commercial lending lawyer for its entertainment finance practice. The position will be located in our Charlotte or Atlanta office.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel on commercial lending transactions, including syndicated credit facilities and acquisition finance.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored financing solutions.
- Assist in negotiating and drafting loan documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and other related documents.
- Monitor and manage loan performance, providing timely updates and recommendations to clients.
- Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting commercial lending practices.
Requirements
- Law Degree
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
