Position Overview

To support the performance tuning and optimization of large-scale Wi-Fi and RAN environments.

To conduct network analysis, troubleshooting, and validation activities to ensure optimal wireless performance.

To collaborate with engineering teams on performance enhancements and new technology evaluations.

To work independently managing complex wireless environments, including 5G and enterprise Wi-Fi.

To support environments supporting millions of access points and users, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Requirements

  • 5 – 10+ years of experience in wireless performance engineering or network optimization
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Wi-Fi environments (Wi-Fi 4/5/6/7)
  • Experience with RAN (Radio Access Network) performance and optimization
  • Experience performing network performance analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Experience conducting field testing and validating real-world wireless network performance
