The Enterprise Technical Sales Manager, NORAM is responsible for building, training, and maintaining a consultative sales team focused on unlocking the potential of Business Messaging and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth goals across a diversified book of business.
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches, identifying winning strategies, and scaling insights across the organization.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, services, and product implementation based on client learnings.
- Contribute to global playbooks and guides for Enterprise Sales & Technical Solutioning.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, and commercial structures that drive measurable outcomes for clients.
- Bridge business and technical conversations to unlock access to multiple client stakeholder budgets.
- Guide clients through optimal implementations across Meta's Business Messaging platform, including API, CRM/ERP integration, and customer engagement platform architecture.
- Build client relationships and trust with high-level decision makers across business, technical, customer experience, and marketing stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help clients transform their business.
- Lead cross-functional efforts with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Product, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Policy, and Legal to optimize client efforts and shape support for unique client needs.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and develop strategic client plans to drive growth, including prospecting initiatives, competitive displacement, risk mitigation, and blocker removal.
- Effectively communicate client feedback internally to identify feature gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Influence the customer experience industry by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience, leading, mentoring, and coaching direct reports.
- Executive presence, and experience building trust with decision makers and conveying business value at the highest levels.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving revenue growth with both emerging opportunities and established partnerships.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
- Experience operating effectively across multiple teams with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
- Experience using data to craft strategy and drive decision-making.
- Communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree, but experience driving growth and consumption for SaaS solutions in a multi-product, consultative sales environment is preferred.
