Enterprise Systems Project Manager

About the Role

Signpost, a fast-growing technology company focused on the digitalization of the European education sector, is seeking an Enterprise Systems Project Manager to join our entrepreneurial and dynamic team. With over 400 employees across 10 European countries, we provide hardware, software, connectivity, digital content, and training to educational institutions. As an Enterprise Systems Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and delivery of various system integration and implementation projects, ranging from ERP, CRM, and PIM systems to in-house developed commercial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, budget control, and risk analysis.
• Engage stakeholders and manage expectations across different departments and countries.
• Adapt and optimize systems and processes based on business needs.
• Maintain transparent and proactive communication with management regarding project progress, challenges, and results.

Requirements

• Proven affinity or experience in project management.
• Initial experience leading system implementation projects within a broader ecosystem of interconnected applications.
• Strong knowledge of ERP system (Exact) and CRM system (Dynamics) is required.
• A hands-on mindset, with experience in personally implementing solutions rather than solely providing advice on how to do it.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills; Dutch and/or French are considered a plus.
• Preferably based in Belgium, although this role is also open to remote candidates.
• Self-starter who quickly finds their way, takes responsibility, and performs well in an environment with a high level of autonomy and trust.
