Enterprise Project Manager

We are partnering with a governmental agency dedicated to fostering economic growth and workforce development within Florida. This organisation plays a critical role in state-wide initiatives, leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance public services. The Role Ensure project activities comply with Florida Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, including governance, documentation, oversight, and reporting. Coordinate, status report, and manage project-oriented work efforts across various teams, leadership, and stakeholders. Establish, lead, manage, and implement multiple medium-to-high complexity IT projects concurrently. Develop and maintain project management artifacts such as charters, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans. Perform independent oversight of large IT projects, assessing health, risks, issues, and progress. Coordinate communication among leadership, program areas, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification or successful completion of an industry-recognized project management curriculum. A minimum of seven (7) years of IT work experience, including seven (7) or more years managing complex cross-functional projects. Experience with projects in multiple technologies and programmatic areas. Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, tools, resource management, stakeholder management, risk management, and change management techniques.
