About the role

This role leads the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, organization-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, effective resource utilization, and consistent project execution across multiple business functions and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful delivery of cross-functional programs and projects across the organization
  • Lead the planning, organization, execution, and delivery of large enterprise-level initiatives
  • Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, sponsors, and large distributed teams across various business units
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, maintaining alignment across teams as priorities evolve
  • Oversee project and change management activities spanning multiple functional areas
  • Integrate with established project management practices within different departments
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures for project success
  • Partner with project managers and functional leaders to drive execution and outcomes
  • Apply and promote best-practice project management methodologies across teams
  • Collaborate with business units to develop transition plans and define success metrics
  • Review project deliverables for quality and accuracy and provide mentorship where needed
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address risks, issues, and changes
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects
  • Track and manage project milestones and overall program progress
  • Establish timelines, dependencies, and adoption plans to support successful delivery
  • Provide accurate forecasts for project budgets and resource requirements
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while communicating potential business impacts
  • Deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints
  • Align project initiatives with organizational strategy and identify opportunities for integration and improvement

Requirements

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience working in Agile environments or Agile certification
  • Demonstrated experience in change management practices
  • Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

This position is onsite and requires close collaboration with other individuals in a team environment. You may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
