Enterprise Solutions Engineer
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will partner closely with account teams and sales leadership to evaluate complex customer environments and shape infrastructure solutions that align with business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted technical resource throughout the sales cycle, helping advance opportunities through solution design, documentation, partner collaboration, and customer-facing support. This position also plays an important role in connecting OEMs, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective hybrid cloud and data center outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams to assess customer data center environments
- Design tailored infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs
- Support the creation of technical documentation and solution proposals
- Maintain relationships with OEMs and technology partners
- Provide product training and technical support to sales teams
- Assist Field Account Executives during the sales cycle as a technical resource
- Manage the solutions pipeline and assist in opportunity identification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical role
- Relevant certifications in infrastructure or cloud technologies preferred
- Working knowledge of data center technologies and hybrid cloud solutions
- Understanding of leading technology platforms like AWS, Azure, and VMware

Pay
$112,000 – $182,000 annually
