Enterprise Solution Consultant (AI Agents SME)

About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Manage multiple interactions simultaneously, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex cases as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Evaluate customer feedback and suggest improvements to internal processes.
• Escalate difficult or complex cases to supervisors or management for further action.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
