About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer operations increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability using the IoT platform
• Manage technology deployment for large-scale customers to achieve rapid value realization
• Create detailed launch plans and product usage roadmaps
• Track implementation progress and account health metrics
• Run training sessions and demonstrate technology to varied users and executives
• Manage multiple customer engagements and collaborate cross-functionally for optimal experiences
• Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting; Enterprise SaaS preferred
• Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills
• Experience in supporting or working with technical products
• Solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability
• Proven consultative skills demonstrated in end-to-end system implementations
• Track record of effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution

Pay

$100,406 – $151,875 annually
