About the role
This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability using the IoT platform
- Manage technology deployment for large-scale customers, ensuring quick value realization
- Create and implement launch plans to boost product usage
- Monitor implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
- Conduct training sessions and assist diverse user groups with system challenges
- Balance multiple customer engagements while collaborating cross-functionally
- Mentor team members in Customer Success and Support
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting roles, ideally in Enterprise SaaS
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
- Experience with technical products and end-to-end system implementations
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including executives and day-to-day users
- Passion for taking initiative and excelling in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
Pay
$100,406 – $151,875 annually
