The Application of AI in Salesforce / Agentforce Go-to-Market (GTM) Leader will drive AI adoption within Salesforce, Agentforce, and enterprise AI accelerator services across Slalom’s North American business. This role provides thought leadership, sets strategic direction, and translates emerging AI capabilities into repeatable, sellable, and deliverable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Capability Vision & Strategy
    • Collaborate with Enterprise AI, Salesforce, AI Innovation Hub, and regional leaders to bring Slalom’s AI-enabled enterprise capability vision to life.
    • Drive region-wide AI/Salesforce/Agentforce strategy based on client portfolio, industry priorities, and market maturity.
    • Define and evolve the Salesforce AI/Agentforce roadmap, including integrations, account research, engineering enablement, voice capabilities, observability, and future AI platform innovations.
    • Work with Enterprise Business Applications, Data & AI, Customer Experience, and Industry leaders to develop joint capability solutions.
    • Provide a practical point of view on AI adoption, data readiness, secure grounding, reuse vs. custom build, and time-to-value for client initiatives.
  • GTM Approach
    • Own the approach and execution to evangelize, educate, and enable Slalom’s sales function across markets and regions.
    • Build relationships with Account, Industry, Salesforce, Enterprise AI, and Alliances teams to drive account planning and joint pursuits.
    • Develop leading practices for GTM activities, including sales solutioning, discovery workshops, use-case prioritization, demo storytelling, and ROI/value framing.
    • Create reusable collateral for sales accelerators (decks, scripts, recordings, talk tracks, solution one-pagers, architecture views, pricing inputs, ROI questions, and client-ready demos).
    • Oversee and curate a library of demos and accelerators with clear access instructions, scripts, recordings, and tailoring guidance.
    • Surface awareness and generate demand for AI/Agentforce outcomes through campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, workshops, and POCs.
    • Plan Slalom-led and partner-led thought leadership events, webinars, roundtables, and field activations.
    • Maintain awareness of AI/Salesforce platform changes, Agentforce updates, integration patterns, and industry best practices.
    • Provide insights to Capability teams on client themes, trends, field blockers, and gaps in collateral or demos.
  • Business Development & Sales
    • Partner with client partners, sales executives, alliances, and SMEs to identify and pursue AI/Salesforce/Agentforce opportunities.
    • Act as SME in pursuit processes and identify appropriate Capability team members as needed.
    • Drive targeted sales motions, including multi-Capability solutioning and client outcome-based selling.
    • Cultivate key relationships within Slalom, Salesforce, and strategic partners (e.g., Box, Microsoft, AWS, Adobe).
    • Help account teams select accelerators, demos, workshops, or custom builds based on client needs.
    • Support partner-led funding motions and co-sell opportunities.
    • Seek speaking opportunities at external conferences, webinars, and events to generate net-new opportunities.
  • Delivery
    • Provide oversight and governance for AI/Salesforce/Agentforce projects to ensure delivery quality.
    • Contribute to delivery in billable roles (e.g., Delivery Solution Lead, AI Discovery Lead, AI Applied Strategist) with a utilization target of 45%-65%.
    • Review solution approaches, demo-to-delivery handoffs, MVP scope, assumptions, risks, and data/security prerequisites.
    • Convert delivery learnings into reusable assets, patterns, training, playbooks, and customer stories.
  • Resource Pipeline
    • Advise GTM and Capability leadership on AI/Salesforce/Agentforce capability gaps and partner on hiring/skilling strategies.
    • Identify market demand signals and translate them into talent needs, training priorities, and investment recommendations.
    • Support bench activation and cross-market staffing models to accelerate reusable asset development.
  • People Development
    • Mentor practitioners in the Capability to serve the market’s portfolio.
    • Lead or support office hours, enablement sessions, train-the-trainer programs, and internal communities of practice.
    • Participate in performance management by providing feedback on team members assigned to pursuits and delivery.
    • Build confidence across sales, solutioning, and delivery teams in positioning, demonstrating, and delivering AI-enabled Salesforce outcomes.
  • Financial Management
    • Work with Market GTM teams and Capability leadership to create growth and cost projections.
    • Support monitoring of sales/revenue forecasts, influenced revenue, accelerator ROI, and overall capability health.
    • Help manage contribution-code investment and ensure accelerator funding ties to measurable outcomes.
    • Escalate staffing, investment, or forecast risks to ensure proper coverage across geographic tiers and strategic accounts.
  • Marketing
    • Coordinate marketing events to generate pipeline for AI/Salesforce, Agentforce, and related enterprise AI outcomes.
    • Evangelize Salesforce, Agentforce, and partner events to promote Slalom as a credible AI-first Salesforce partner.
    • Create or support thought leadership content (webinars, demos, conference sessions, customer stories, whitepapers, and partner activations).

Qualifications

  • Business Development Acumen: Expertise in C-level relationships, proposal development, SOWs, price modeling, margins, utilization, and staffing alignment.
  • Executive Presence: Confidently represents Slalom at external events, webinars, conferences, and partner forums.
  • Collaboration: Works seamlessly across teams, capabilities, alliances, industries, and geographies.
  • Culture: Sales-focused, practical, and generous attitude; raises the quality bar without unnecessary process drag.
  • AI/Salesforce/Agentforce Fluency: Strong understanding of AI/Salesforce/Agentforce capabilities, including agents, data, flows, prompt templates, actions, knowledge, and workflows.
  • Platform/Solution Knowledge: Technical understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Knowledge, Flow, Prompt Builder), Slack, SharePoint, Box, GitHub Copilot, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns; active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve them.
  • Accelerator/Product Ownership: Experience turning emerging technical capability into reusable accelerators, demos, playbooks, enablement assets, workshops, and delivery patterns.
  • Consulting Delivery: Track record of delivering Salesforce, AI, customer experience, or enterprise application solutions in a consulting environment.
  • Value Framing: Ability to define use cases, ROI questions, business cases, and crawl/walk/run roadmaps connecting AI to measurable outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience running intake, backlogs, prioritization, sprint cadences, roadmap reviews, asset governance, budget tracking, adoption metrics, and leadership reporting.
  • Experience: 8-10+ years in a large consulting environment, technology services organization, Salesforce partner, enterprise SaaS provider, or comparable GTM/solution leadership role.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI-assisted development, GitHub Copilot, accelerated engineering, voice agents, or agent observability.
