About the Role

Responsible for effectively managing and monitoring the sales of integrated communication solutions to enterprise customers such as multi-site regional businesses or national accounts to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives consistently. Ensures optimal sales team staffing and training readiness of sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains expertise on Comcast’s products/services (Ethernet, Internet, Voice, and TV) to drive sales to enterprise customers with 20-500 employees, as well as medical and education institutions.
  • Ensures competence and continuity of qualified Enterprise Account Executives through selection, training, development, appraisal, and motivation techniques.
  • Develops, plans, and coordinates sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Monitors team and individual performance to ensure achievement of sales, quality, and revenue goals.
  • Addresses personnel and performance issues in accordance with company policy.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and maintains records of sales and performance activities to ensure accurate forecasting of annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue.
  • Designs and manages territory team structure, coordinating with internal teams for efficiency.
  • Develops and implements best practices to improve performance, modeling Comcast’s Credo, Touchstones, and Promise.
  • Coaches, develops, and motivates sales representatives to exceed objectives and comply with training requirements.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Regular, punctual attendance with flexibility for nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
  • Adheres to Comcast’s Operating Principles, focusing on customer experience, continuous learning, teamwork, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and drive results in a team-oriented environment.
