About the role
Options is growing its global sales team for AtlasWorkplace, our Managed Desktop offering, to meet increasing demand for secure, fully managed workplace solutions. You’ll play a key role in delivering next-generation enterprise desktops and IT services for the financial sector, helping clients modernize and secure their operations with AtlasWorkplace—a fully managed desktop and IT platform that delivers enterprise-grade security, seamless cloud integration, and round-the-clock expert support.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and cultivate valuable relationships.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets, both as an individual and as part of a cohesive team.
- Negotiate terms of sales and agreements to drive business success.
- Collaborate actively with technical teams across Options to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Embrace technological innovation within capital markets, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Attend industry events and represent the company at conferences.
- Contribute to global impact by helping financial institutions meet their unique technology and compliance needs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a client-facing technology role within the financial sector, ideally in sales, presales, product management, or technical account management, with a strong focus on Managed Desktop solutions preferred.
- A genuine passion for technology, particularly in data, Cloud, and AI.
- Enthusiasm for business and investment; an avid reader.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting quarterly targets as part of a high-performing team.
- A self-starter mentality, thriving on initiative and autonomy.
- An outgoing personality and a proven record as a collaborative team player.
Pay
- Base Salary: $100,000–$200,000, depending on seniority and experience.
- Commission: Aggressive commission model with full lookback incentives; OTE $165,000. In any given year, approximately 20% of the global enterprise team achieves commissions of $300,000, with 2–3 executives surpassing $400,000.
- Equity Participation: Senior staff may be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program.
