About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Conducting initial assessments, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress on cases.
  • Resolve customer issues independently or escalate to supervisors as needed.
  • Train and support new agents to ensure consistent quality of service.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives through collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
