About the role
Responsible for managing customer interactions through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Provide exceptional service to customers, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries from customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively using CRM tools and company policies.
- Train and support other agents in handling customer interactions.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Adhere to company standards and guidelines for all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
