Enterprise Sales Account Manager - State & Local Government

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Run an enterprise sales territory targeting state and local government customers
• Develop tactical strategies for named accounts and penetrate effectively
• Build and maintain relationships at the C and VP levels within target accounts
• Create value propositions driven by ROI and cost/benefit analysis
• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities and close deals
• Meet and exceed annual revenue targets for software licenses and services
• Coordinate with internal pre-sales and professional services teams

Requirements

• 5-10 years of demonstrated sales experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 government customers
• Deep understanding of public sector digital experience needs
• Familiarity with competitor solutions in the information systems marketplace
• Proven ability to articulate business requirements and value propositions
• Strong new business development and quota attainment skills
• High level of comfort engaging with senior government executives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Pay

$182,900 – $293,900 annually
