Enterprise Risk Manager and System Engineering Support
About the Role
KBR is seeking a highly motivated candidate to perform Enterprise-level Systems Engineering and Technical Analysis (SETA) support for an Intelligence Community Space customer. The candidate will work across the Engineering and Requirements teams, in conjunction with Architecting and Digital Engineering teams to support Enterprise Risk management, end-to-end Enterprise Systems Engineering across GEOINT, SIGINT, Transport, Resiliency, Warfighter Support, and Enterprise Integration portfolios, and ground enterprise engineering.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in capturing and categorizing technical risks, issues, and opportunities (RIOs) across system-of-systems architectures.
- Helping senior engineering teams develop, test, and document risk mitigation plans and remediation strategies.
- Maintaining Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts, risk registers, and system engineering plans (SEPs).
- Facilitate meetings and provide technical presentations to outline risk impacts on enterprise, functional, and system-level design requirements, interfaces, architectures, and CONOPS.
- Assisting in executing engineering assessments, Courses of Action (CoA) evaluations, and formal trade studies.
- Demonstrating an understanding of the overall systems engineering process.
- Support the enterprise risks, issues, and opportunities process and facilitation of risks
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree (STEM preferred)
- 10-15+ years' experience working in systems engineering in support of government systems acquisitions and enterprise services
- Ability to collaborate across stakeholder organizations
- Strong communication skills to interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across systems engineering groups
- Strong foundation in systems lifecycles, configuration management, requirements tracking, and risk methodologies

Pay
$150,200 - $206,500 (Virginia area only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, clearance level, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.
