About the role
Wallick, a 100% employee-owned company with nearly 60 years of experience creating affordable housing, multifamily communities, and opportunities for individuals and families across the Midwest, is hiring an experienced project scheduling professional to own and drive integrated scheduling across the full project lifecycle. This highly collaborative role will partner across Development, Construction, Finance, the PMO, and other key stakeholder groups to create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, identify dependencies and risks, and strengthen coordination from project initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise scheduling function, maintain integrated project lifecycle schedules, provide forecasting and reporting, coordinate cross-functional project milestones, and improve portfolio visibility and project predictability.
- Own the Enterprise Scheduling Program by serving as Wallick's enterprise scheduling authority. Develop standards, governance procedures, schedule templates, WBS structures, and scheduling documentation.
- Manage Portfolio Schedules and Forecasts by creating and maintaining enterprise schedules, forecasting project milestones, monitoring critical path performance, and identifying schedule risks.
- Drive Reporting and Forecasting by preparing executive dashboards, schedule health reporting, variance analysis, and milestone forecasting.
- Coordinate Project Lifecycles by working with Development, Finance, Design, Construction, Operations, Compliance, Property Management, and Asset Management teams.
- Lead Recovery Planning and Continuous Improvement by developing recovery schedules, performing delay analysis, and improving forecasting and governance processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years scheduling, project controls, project management, or construction experience
- Advanced Microsoft Project proficiency
- CPM scheduling expertise
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
