About The Role Manifest is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager to own a small number of our largest Fortune 500 immigration programs. You’ll go deep on a handful of accounts and act as the strategic partner to their global mobility teams, serving as the bridge between the client, our attorneys, and our operations team. Your job is to make sure each program runs smoothly, delivers measurable value, and gets better every quarter. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end program health across 3 to 5 strategic enterprise accountsServe as the primary point of contact for client mobility, HR, and talent teams, and as the liaison between the client, Manifest Law attorneys, and operationsBuild trusted relationships with Heads of Mobility, VPs, and executive stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Talent AcquisitionDefine and track program KPIs and SLAs, including case timelines, approval rates, employee experience, and spend using the Manifest OS platformLead quarterly and executive business reviews with clear reporting on performance, trends, and recommendationsForecast and plan for high-volume cycles like H-1B cap season, PERM and green card pipelines, and annual extension wavesManage escalations calmly and quickly, and own resolution across internal teamsLead onboarding and transitions for new programs, including migrating cases from incumbent firms with the support of the Manifest Law attorneysKeep clients ahead of regulatory and policy changes, and help translate them into practical program decisionsIdentify process improvements that move programs from reactive to proactiveFeed client insights back into product, legal, and ops to shape the roadmap and service model What We’re Looking For 10+ years in global mobility, ideally leading or managing immigration programs at a Fortune 500 company or a top immigration firmDeep understanding of US immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, green cards) and how they connect to broader mobility strategyA strategic view of the mobility function, beyond getting cases filedExperience managing outside counsel or vendor relationships, and holding them accountable to SLAsStrong executive presence and communication skills, written and verbalExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to run complex programs at scaleComfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environmentProficiency with immigration case management systems, CRM tools, and data reporting This is for you if...
