About the role
The Enterprise Pricing Manager will join the fast-growing Pricing team, which is the team's first pricing role in NAM (Austin). This role will report into the Finance Lead and will focus on enhancing the Wise Platform pricing framework for NAM, including onboarding new partners, launching new products, and scaling the team across multiple countries in NAM.
Responsibilities
- Own the Wise Platform pricing framework for NAM and drive its evolution as the team grows and scales.
- Create strong relationships with the GM of NAM, sales, and delivery teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Collaborate with pricing analytics and broader pricing commercial teams to ensure accurate unit economics and reflect these in pricing models for the NAM region.
- Develop and maintain commercial models and discussions for both new and existing key accounts to ensure sustainable pricing strategies.
- Oversee the repricing process across NAM based on pricing model outputs.
- Create and enforce pricing controls to ensure all contracts comply with the company’s governance framework.
- Support commercial discussions with sales teams to align pricing within the established framework.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Pricing, or Deal Desk teams, particularly with a large and demanding Sales team.
- Minimum 7 years of experience building commercial models and tools for sales to derive prices and assess their impact.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Experience creating visualization dashboards, particularly with Looker and Superset.
- B2B commercial experience.
- Ability to propose problem statements, model approaches, and solutions independently.
- Technical and commercial acumen, understanding how businesses grow and evolve.
Qualifications
- Worked in a startup environment, preferably within fintech or cross-border payments.
- Experience with SQL.
- Prior experience working in or with pricing teams.
