Pricing Manager
About the role
The Pricing Manager will lead and develop the organization’s pricing function, ensuring strategic execution and governance. They will oversee pricing accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with sales, finance, purchasing, operations, and IT to align pricing activities. The manager will manage and improve pricing systems, policies, and operational processes while supporting pricing-related decision-making and system enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing or maintaining pricing processes, controls, or governance frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
