Enterprise Platform Lead – IT Finance opportunity in White Plains, NY (hybrid/onsite).
About the role
Lead the enterprise platform that supports all financial systems, reporting, and integrations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain the IT Finance platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Oversee platform governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years in a finance systems leadership role.
- Deep expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), financial reporting tools, and data integrations.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
