Enterprise Operations Manager
Job Purpose
The Operations Manager is responsible for operational efficiency across the office, including load board management, managed accounts, customer SOP’s, bad build reports, bot management, operational tech roll outs, RFP tracking management, NS and CS liaisons, and claims management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers, Account Coordinators, interns, and operations support staff.
Manage team performance, workload distribution, training, and development.
Ensure adequate operational coverage and support across the office.
Oversee daily operational execution to ensure high levels of customer and carrier service.
Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues and service challenges.
Support key accounts and drive resolution of customer concerns.
Monitor office and team performance against operational goals and KPIs.
Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans to improve results.
Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the team.
Manage operational resources and support allocation based on business needs.
Monitor billing processes, unbilled shipments, and operational efficiency.
Ensure operational processes support revenue capture and customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational and account performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor load board activity, automation tools, and market conditions to optimize performance.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.
Partner with Sales, Pricing, Accounting, IT, and Leadership to achieve business objectives.
Communicate operational risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Transportation and logistics experience required.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop employees.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
Work Environment

Scheduling
This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Travel
Yes, to offices and conferences.
