Enterprise Operating Model Senior Manager
About the Role
Accenture's Enterprise Operating Model practice partners with Boards, CEOs, and other C-Suite Leaders to co-create future ways of working based on their unique business and growth strategies. As an end-to-end partner, we guide clients from strategy to design to activation to optimization, helping them deliver impactful programs. We focus on designing data-driven, future-proof enterprise operating models, clean-sheet organization designs, and advanced shared services, embracing the future of work powered by technology, operations, GenAI, and data & analytics.
Responsibilities
- Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges and evaluate actionable solutions, their value, and roadmaps for delivery and sustainability.
- Design agile and resilient enterprise and function operating models that embrace the future of work and new skills.
- Build organizations from the top down and bottom up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
- Innovate advanced shared service and global business services methods as key enablers of new operating models.
- Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to design to activation to optimization, bridging functions and integrating across the enterprise.
- Integrate across Accenture to bring the best thinking and leadership in technology, operations, GenAI, and data & analytics.
- Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
- Develop long-term client relationships as a trusted expert and influencer.
- Harvest and build thought leadership, assets, and best practices.
- Lead with a people-first mindset, fostering inclusivity and celebrating diversity.
- Mentor junior team members, providing growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Organization Strategy & Design
- Operating Model Strategy & Design
- Shared Services Strategy & Design
- Client Relationship Building and Management
- Value Architecture & Realization
- Storytelling
- Data analysis & insights generation
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.
- Travel as required, 80% - 100%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or consulting across multiple industries.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Experience in the following:
- Leadership Strategy / Development
- Job and Role Design
- End-to-end enterprise or function transformation implementation
- Strategic Cost Reduction
- Growth Strategy
- M&A
- Private Equity
- Managed Service Providers
- Digital organization design tools (e.g., OrgVue)
- Prior experience in Digital Transformation – robotic process automation, generative AI, Agile methodologies.
Pay
Compensation varies by location. The following ranges are provided as required by local law:
- California: $122,700 to $317,200
- Cleveland: $122,700 to $317,200
- Colorado: $122,700 to $317,200
- District of Columbia: $122,700 to $317,200
- Illinois: $122,700 to $317,200
- Maine: $122,700 to $317,200
- Maryland: $122,700 to $317,200
- Massachusetts: $122,700 to $317,200
- Minnesota: $122,700 to $317,200
- New York: $122,700 to $317,200
- New Jersey: $122,700 to $317,200
- Virginia: $122,700 to $317,200
- Washington: $122,700 to $317,200
