Who You Are

Slalom Consulting is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive leader to drive our Life Sciences growth in Enterprise Applications (primarily Salesforce) across our North American business.

What You’ll Do

  • Connects region and country-wide Life Sciences Capability strategy with market needs, acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and thought leader at internal and external events, and collaborates with industry partners to identify opportunities.
  • Accountable for the GTM focus to drive sales, pursuits, oversee solutioning, and partnership on account management.
  • Contributes to delivery in billable roles, recruitment, and operational aspects of the Capability and market, including:
    • Capability Vision & Strategy
    • GTM Approach
    • Business Development & Sales
    • Delivery
    • Resource Pipeline
    • People Development
    • Financial Management
    • Marketing

Compensation and Benefits

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
