Who You Are

Slalom Consulting is seeking a Life Sciences Growth Leader to drive our Enterprise Applications (primarily Salesforce) in North America. This role requires entrepreneurial and progressive leadership, thought leadership, and strong channel partnerships.

What You’ll Do

This role connects regional and national Life Sciences Capability strategy with market needs, acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and collaborates with industry partners to identify opportunities. The Life Sciences GTM leader will:

  • Own the approach and execution to evangelize, educate, and enable the Slalom sales function in markets and regions.
  • Build and develop relationships with Account and Industry teams as well as LSC capability teams to drive account planning and joint pursuits.
  • Develop leading practices for GTM activities and focus and sales solutioning.
  • Partner with Capability and Industry leaders and other Enterprise Capability leaders to define and develop reusable collateral for sales accelerators.
  • Maintain awareness of industry leading practices and business levers for Enterprise Business Applications offerings.
  • Provide insights to Life Sciences Capability team on client themes, common questions, and trends.
  • Drive sales responsibility for the Enterprise Applications Life Sciences target sales number annually.
  • Partners with client partners, sales executives, alliances, and SMEs to identify opportunities.
  • Act as SME in pursuits and identify additional SMEs as needed.
  • Focus on specific customers, driving targeted sales motions with outcome-based selling.
  • Proactively seek speaking opportunities to generate net-new opportunities.
  • Provide engagement oversight and governance of Life Sciences projects to ensure delivery quality.
  • Contribute to delivery through billable roles with a utilization target of 45%.
  • Advise leadership on capability gaps and partner on targeted hiring strategies.
  • Act as mentor to practitioners.
  • Participate in performance management by providing feedback.
  • Support monitoring of sales and revenue forecasts and overall capability health.
  • Coordinate marketing events to generate pipeline.
  • Evangelize events into markets to promote client attendance and generate opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

Senior Director: $273,000-$355,000 Director: $249,000-$307,000 Senior Director: $288,000-$362,000 Director: $228,000-$281,000 Senior Director: $264,000-$332,000 Director: $219,000-$267,000 Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
