Work Environment
This is a remote-first role. Occasional travel may be required for client engagements, team planning sessions, or project activities. Working hours primarily align with the Eastern Time Zone; candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones are preferred. While standard business hours are expected, occasional after-hours support may be required for critical operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees across hardware, software, SaaS applications, and collaboration tools.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access changes.
- Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, user accounts, and permissions.
- Configure, deploy, and support macOS and Windows devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests using the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- Maintain IT assets, software licensing, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve Enterprise IT operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Enterprise IT, or Systems Administration.
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications and ITSM platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Jamf, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Jira Service Management.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other automation tools.

Pay
Hourly pay: $38.00
