Responsibilities

• Drive measurable outcomes for our enterprise clients (e.g., improving 90 day collections rate).
• Translate operational needs into product requirements for our engineering teams.
• Own relationships with external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement core scalable processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of operational experience, ideally within a high-growth company.
• Strategic Problem Solver: You embrace ambiguity and seek out complex challenges to drive strategy and deliver concrete outcomes.
• Execution Master: You maintain exceptional organizational control over numerous moving pieces without difficulty.
• Accountable Collaborator: You proactively partner across the organization, leading teams to achieve business results.
