About the Role

As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (ISR) on our Enterprise Sales team, you'll partner directly with Named Account Managers (GNAMs) to manage our highest-priority ("Conviction") accounts. This is a data-driven, AI-forward role where you'll use Claude daily to research accounts, maintain CRM hygiene, and craft effective outreach. This full-time position is based in Lehi, Utah, supporting sales across the US, APAC, and EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Own KHP (Knowledgeable, Helpful, Present) on every account, ensuring all communication is meaningful and impactful.
  • Execute deal strategies and close business in collaboration with GNAMs.
  • Use Claude for account research, CRM hygiene, and personalized outreach.
  • Qualify prospect accounts, identify primary points of contact, and engage them promptly.
  • Research ecommerce categories and high-growth brands/products on US marketplace platforms.
  • Identify relevant stakeholders and tailor value propositions for each account.
  • Network via LinkedIn and offline to build relationships and organize meetings.
  • Set appointments with enterprise accounts and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
  • Craft value-driven messages addressing each account's pain points.
  • Collaborate with GNAMs on account plans and promptly flag ownership changes.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach via phone and email.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven track record of hitting quota.
  • Experience in phone sales and lead qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with meticulous CRM hygiene.
  • Comfort using AI tools (specifically Claude) for daily tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Prior use of Claude or similar AI tools in sales workflows.
  • Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon.
  • International experience.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.

Team Overview

You’ll work alongside the US sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales. This data-driven, results-oriented team values transparency and collaboration. Your performance will be measured through KHP scores, account hygiene, and pipeline contributions, all tied to compensation.
