Enterprise Implementation Program Manager
About the role
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience managing multi-client migration programs using both Agile and traditional methodologies, with a PMP certification preferred. This role will oversee project timelines, risks, and dependencies while driving standardized migration methodologies tailored to meet specific client needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client migration initiatives by managing enterprise scale implementation plans, coordinating cross functional teams, and driving successful delivery.
- Manage enterprise migration plans.
- Cook up business and technology teams.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and dependencies.
- Communicate status to executive leadership and clients.
- Standardize migration methodologies while accommodating client specific needs.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations or migration programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing repeatable, multi-client implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- PMP preferred.
- Experience working directly with business, technology, and external clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
