Enterprise Implementation Program Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience managing multi-client migration programs using both Agile and traditional methodologies, with a PMP certification preferred. This role will oversee project timelines, risks, and dependencies while driving standardized migration methodologies tailored to meet specific client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client migration initiatives by managing enterprise scale implementation plans, coordinating cross functional teams, and driving successful delivery.
• Manage enterprise migration plans.
• Cook up business and technology teams.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Communicate status to executive leadership and clients.
• Standardize migration methodologies while accommodating client specific needs.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations or migration programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing repeatable, multi-client implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• PMP preferred.
• Experience working directly with business, technology, and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $80,600.00 - $194,000.00.
