Enterprise Implementation Program Manager

CGI is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale software implementation and client migration initiatives. This role is a full-time, hybrid, on-site opportunity based in Raleigh, NC; Lafayette, LA; Hartford, CT; or St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client migration initiatives by managing enterprise-scale implementation plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful delivery.
• Manage enterprise migration plans and coordinate business and technology teams.
• Oversee project risks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Communicate status to executive leadership and clients.
• Standardize migration methodologies while accommodating client-specific needs.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations or migration programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing repeatable, multi-client implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience working directly with business, technology, and external clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $80,600.00 – $194,000.00.
