About the role
TP-Link Systems Inc. is a leading global provider of networking devices and smart home products, consistently ranked as the world's top provider of Wi-Fi devices. This role is part of the B2B Marketing team and will focus on creating visual assets for the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
- Create channel-specific creative assets for the B2B Channel Marketing team, including sales flyers and co-branded materials tailored to reseller and enterprise audiences.
- Design Amazon A+ content that adheres to Amazon's module specifications, optimizes for conversion, and maintains visual consistency across the product catalog.
- Design and build responsive marketing emails in Mailchimp, ensuring they display well across devices and email clients.
- Create social media graphics tailored to platform best practices, primarily for LinkedIn and Reddit, supporting B2B brand awareness.
- Produce trade show booth graphics, banners, and display materials that communicate brand identity and product value propositions in high-impact environments.
- Create website visual assets including homepage banner, product imagery, landing page graphics, and digital ad creatives sized and optimized for multiple platforms and placements.
- Optimize presentation decks (PPT) for internal stakeholders, ensuring a polished, on-brand visual narrative.
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling layouts by applying strong principles of composition, typographic hierarchy, color, and visual balance, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Marketing Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Product teams, and internal designers to ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver print-ready files with proper bleed, resolution, and color profiles (CMYK/RGB) per vendor and production requirements.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and file systems to support efficient project handoffs and version control across ongoing campaigns.
Requirements
- BFA degree in graphic design or related field, with 3-5 years of graphic design experience preferred.
- A strong online portfolio is required, demonstrating work from concept through final implementation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with attention to detail in typesetting, color, and image treatment; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Strong compositing skills in Photoshop, with the ability to create realistic product family shots, combining multiple products into cohesive scenes with accurate lighting, shadows, and perspective.
- A strong understanding of composition, color, hierarchy, and balance.
- Experience planning and implementing branding and visual standards.
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works well across departments.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to take direction and run with projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI into design workflows is a plus, including exploring and evaluating emerging AI tools, automating repetitive design tasks, and applying AI-driven techniques to enhance visual output quality and production efficiency.
- Familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D) and 3D rendering software such as KeyShot is a plus.
Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000
