Responsibilities

• Lead the development of functional and non‑functional business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of data and analytics experience OR Technical certification and/or college courses with 4 years of data and analytics experience OR 6 years of data and analytics experience.
• Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping.
• Knowledge of system architecture.
• Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies.
• Knowledge of data processing environments.
• Knowledge of Agile project management.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
• Business acumen.
• Familiarity with SDLC (systems development life cycle), iterative, Agile, and Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.

Compensation

$61,500.00 – $136,100.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location).
