About the role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and ensuring long-term success for our enterprise clients. This includes managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product development and other departments to identify and implement solutions to improve user experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs and address any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within each client organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
