About the Role
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer success initiatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies for enterprise clients
- Conduct quarterly account reviews and provide actionable insights
- Manage customer escalations and resolve issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
Requirements
- Proven track record in customer success roles within healthcare technology or related industries
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success or related field

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
