About the Role

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer success initiatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies for enterprise clients
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews and provide actionable insights
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve issues proactively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers

Requirements

  • Proven track record in customer success roles within healthcare technology or related industries
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success or related field
