Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with independent broker dealers, focusing on firms actively engaged in, or seeking exposure to private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge fund strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them navigate the complexities of alternative investments and integrate iCapital’s platform into their broader wealth offering.
  • Lead enterprise-level initiatives that promote the adoption of iCapital’s technology and investment solutions, with a focus on scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities, including new product introductions, platform enhancements, and cross-channel collaboration.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Investment Product, Technology, Legal, and Marketing to ensure alignment on client strategy and execution.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and analysis that support client engagement, internal planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to define and track key performance indicators that measure success across client relationships and business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in relationship management, enterprise sales, or business development within the alternative investment or fintech space
  • Knowledge of private market strategies, fund structures, distribution models, and regulatory considerations
  • Able to manage complex relationships across wealth management firms, with a focus on enterprise-level engagement
  • Experience working with or within Independent Broker Dealers, RIAs, or wirehouse platforms
  • Maintain a track record of driving adoption of investment platforms or technology solutions with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex investment concepts into actionable insights
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $240,000.
