About the role
The Salesforce ECS Enterprise Account Executive supports an enterprise account base focused on Customer 360 solutions that empower organizations of all sizes to connect with their customers across every touchpoint. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with current and prospective customers to deeply understand their business challenges and goals, advising them on the Salesforce Platform to help them reach their objectives. You will contribute to business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun atmosphere as a valued member of our Ohana.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to current and prospective customers, understanding their company challenges and goals.
- Advise customers on Salesforce Platform solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Drive business growth in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Engage in consultative selling, solution discovery, and objection handling.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for account growth and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Depending on the segment, 5-10+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience is required. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Across all sales teams, we look for the following attributes:

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $77,550 - $133,100 annually. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations:
- California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC: $85,300 - $146,500 per year.
