Enterprise Command Center Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise systems and infrastructure using Zenoss as the primary tool
• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting across servers and network environments
• Support code upgrades and fast reloads behind the scenes
• Load code on switches using SecureCRT
• Maintain and Support Cisco Wireless Controllers
• Utilize tools such as Splunk (Snack), ServiceNow, SharePoint, Mist, and SD-WAN
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and performance

Qualifications

• Entry to mid-level experience in enterprise IT operations or command center environments
• Familiarity with Cisco networking and wireless technologies
• Basic Server Troubleshooting Skills
• Experience with monitoring and incident management tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight hours

This is a Contract position based out of Danville, PA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
